1 Consideration to Therapists
Please Note - Bai Bua Traditional Thai Massage offers Therapeutic Massage treatments only and we kindly request that our therapists be treated with respect. Should any sexual advances/requests be made to our therapists your treatment will be terminated immediately and you will be requested to pay for your booking in full.
2Pregnancy Massage Booking Requirements Information
We are unable to offer pregnancy massage if you under 20 weeks into your pregnancy, and we apologise for any inconvienence. It is in the best interest of both you and the new bub to be, and also for us as a respectable massage services provider. After 20 weeks we can offer Aromatheraphy Relaxation Pregnancy massage and maybe a few other options after further consultation with our staff.
3Treatment Rooms
Our treatment rooms can accommodate couples. If you wish to share the same room with your partner/friend, please advise us when making your booking. A shared room may not be available during busy periods if your booking is made at short notice. To maintain a tranquil environment for our clients we kindly request that your mobile phone is turned off or silenced upon arrival. We also request that soft tones be used when speaking.
4Attire
We supply all clothing that is required for our different massage treatments and sauna use. Please note that all customers are required to wear underwear during their massage. If you arrive for your booking without underwear you will be offered our supplied disposable underwear. Your massage will not proceed if you are unable to accept our underwear policy.
5Bookings
We welcome customers who walk in to make a booking but we can not guarantee that a therapist will be available immediately. Please try to book 12 to 24 hours ahead to avoid disappointment. If you wish to have a particular therapist supply your massage treatment please advise us when making your booking. 6Cancellations/Re-booking
Late cancellations, re-bookings and clients who do not show up for a booking upset ours and other customers planned schedules. We understand that you may need to change your appointment, but we kindly ask for 6 hours prior notice as a courtesy to our therapists and other valued clients.
7Appointment SMS & Email Reminders
Due to clients forgetting their appointments when they book one or more days ahead we will now send a courtesy reminder sms message or email for all bookings. If you do not require the reminder service please advise the receptionist or add a note when you are booking online.
8Arrival time
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time if you are a new client as this will allow you time to complete the client information form. Existing clients are required to arrive 5 minutes before booking time.
9Late Arrivals
Arriving late may unfortunately limit your treatment time. Appointments will finish at the scheduled time to ensure the following clients are not inconvenienced.
10Parking and Transport
There is ample street parking at Phyllis Ashton Circuit, and there is also alternate parking available at Nellie Hamilton Avenue and Strayleaf Crescent if required. It is only a one minute walk from the alternative parking locations. A bus stop is also located within metres of our door and runs regularly on weekdays and weekend schedules.
11Privacy
Your comfort and privacy is very important to us. Our qualified therapists will always work within their scope of practice and only perform therapies that will benefit our clients. To ensure you receive the best treatment possible, please communicate any health concerns and personal requirements to our therapist when they attend to you. We ask that you do not bring any valuables for your protection as we can not guarantee their security and can not accept liability for your property.
12Payment Options
We prefer Cash Payment. We also accept VISA, MasterCard and Eftpos. No Cheques accepted. Credit Card Surcharge Applies. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
